“We are at a point, dear ones, that the mind can get in the way. It’s time to move from the mind to the heart. The wisdom, knowledge, answers, and steps come from the heart. The sacred knowledge that is once again rising.
One can not access this knowledge from the mind. It can only be accessed from the heart.
Courageously step towards where your heart is calling you to go. What brings you Joy, Happiness, and lights you up?
Discern and move in that direction with your heart wide open. It is time, and you are protected.
The call has been put out. Will you answer it?”
This week’s insight is such a powerful reminder to return to the heart.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the mind, trying to figure it out, plan it out, and make it all make sense. But what we often miss in that space is the joy, the ease, the presence, and the flow that only come when we’re connected to the heart.
We just returned from a two-and-a-half-week Airstream trip to Glacier National Park and the Canadian Rockies. It was beautiful. And also… it was a lot.
I had envisioned this trip being more spacious. I thought I’d get time to reflect, dream, and map out some of the work I’m excited to bring to you this fall (more on that soon!). But the truth? It was packed. We saw a lot. Did a lot. Played hard. And by the end of it, I felt like I needed a vacation from my vacation.
Somewhere along the way, I started getting frustrated. I wasn’t getting the creative time I thought I would. I felt behind. I found myself slipping into my head—spinning, planning, pressuring.
And for a moment, I lost my presence with what was right in front of me—my family, this time together, the joy of it all.
I had to stop. Breathe. And come back to my heart.
I remembered that I had cleared my calendar for a reason. That I had already decided that nothing big was going to be figured out during this time. That this was my pause. And everything I needed would still be there when I returned.
It’s wild how easily the mind can hijack us with stories and pressure, most of which aren’t even true.
That’s why this week’s insight hits so deep:
We cannot access sacred wisdom from the mind. It lives in the heart.
And when you start to move from your heart, when you follow what brings you joy, lights you up, makes you feel alive—that’s when everything starts to align.
We are being called right now.
You can feel it in your bones.
And the way forward? It begins in your heart.
There are so many ways you can answer your calling. But the one thread through all of them is your ability to lead from within.
The call has been put out.
Will you answer it?
