We’ve been taught to push.
To power through.
To grit our teeth and keep going no matter what.
It’s what we were modeled. And for many of us, it worked – until it didn’t.
Because here’s the truth:
When things start feeling heavy…
When you start bumping up against blocks, delays, and misfires…
When nothing seems to be lining up, despite your best intentions and actions…
It’s not time to push harder.
It’s time to pause.
Pause to ask:
Am I out of alignment with this desire?
Is this still what I truly want?
Is the timing off, or is Spirit redirecting me to something greater?
Flow doesn’t mean zero effort. But it does mean movement without resistance.
When you’re in flow, the right people, messages, ideas, and next steps arrive like magic—because you’re open. Because you’re listening. Because you’re not trying to force it all on your own.
I’ve learned (often the hard way) that when things get hard, it’s usually a sacred nudge.
A sign that my soul is asking me to pivot.
To listen deeper.
To trust that something better is aligning for me.
And every single time I’ve followed that guidance – when I’ve released the timeline, the pressure, and the illusion of control – things have opened up in ways I could have never predicted.
So today, I want to ask you:
What’s feeling hard right now?
What are you pushing that might not be meant for this moment?
And what would happen if you trusted…just a little more?
Your flow will never lie to you.
Neither will your heart.
You were made to co-create, not to push and prove.
