I’m really excited to share this week’s insight:
“You may wonder if you have what it takes to enter this new chapter in your life.
To answer the call that has been nudging you.

You have a vision. It’s there. You only need to look.
To garner the courage and boldness to say YES to what you envision for yourself—or the vision your soul has bestowed upon you.
This is your time.
You have already been given all you need to move forward and succeed.
You are already well equipped for this next chapter.”
This insight reminded me of when I first started in Mary Kay Cosmetics at 24 years old, I had this huge, wild dream inside me… but I was afraid to say it out loud.
Up until that point, my dreams had been labeled fantasy—something I might “grow out of” or settle beneath.
Then I heard something that changed everything.
Mary Kay Ash—one of the most influential mentors of my life—would always say:
“If you can dream it, you have already been given the ability to achieve it. Or you couldn’t have dreamed it in the first place.”
That quote lit something in me.
Hope.
Fire.
Permission.
Because deep down, I knew I was meant for something more.
And I know you do too.
If there’s a dream in your heart…
A vision you’ve been carrying quietly…
A whisper that won’t go away…
This week’s Insight is your reminder:
- You don’t need to earn the right to want more.
- You’re not crazy for dreaming big.
- That vision is there for a reason—and it’s already yours.
I’ve accomplished so many things in my life that I never thought I could.
Some of them, I was naïve enough to go after without knowing the “how.”
Others, I had to reclaim after years of hiding.
But the truth is, every single dream that’s come alive in my life
was one I had the courage to name.
To speak.
To say YES to.
And now—
It’s your turn.
This is your time to be bold. To speak your truth. To bring your work into the world.
We are being called not to play it safe, but to lead with our soul.
“If you can dream it, it’s already possible.
You are already equipped.
You already have what it takes.”
So let me ask you…
